[SOLVED]Power-Up confirmation via GPIO

Is there an option to confirm that the Up Squared is powered up via GPIO. Expected behavior: The pin is per default on LOW and turns the HIGH within less than five seconds after power up. It stays HIGH until the Up2 is shutdown completely (!), then changes back to LOW.
I noticed that some pins such as I2C1_SDA seem to be on HIGH when the Up2 is powered on, but can I assume that they are always on HIGH while the Up2 is running and is it safe to assume they turn to LOW after (!) to system was shutdown completely?

My suggestion is you can directly use SATA 5V (CN10, pin1) to Identify whether the UP^2 is powered up.
