I need to connect a HDMI screen to the board UP Core. Can I use the 100 pin connector to do that, or the HDMI connector is the unique possibility? Thanks

Yes, you can get the HDMI signal from 100 pin docking connector
please refer to the manual below to find exHAT 100.Header (CN40)
