[Solved] Windows IOT Prolific usb to serial drivers

What is the best approach on installing these drivers on the Up Squared with Windows IoT?

    Options

    Windows IoT Core only support Universal Windows driver, if Profilic driver is not universal driver you can not install it in IoT Core.
    If it's universal driver you can install it through device portal from cab file. you may need asking Profilic for universal driver cab file.
