EDK2 image and embedded ubuntu(eMMC) booting

hi.
I'm trying to make UEFI Image based on EDK2(Tianocore).
Building and downloading UEFI image is done successfully.
But I got some problem when booting from embedded Ubuntu on eMMC.
When I try to boot from eMMC, Ubuntu does not started but UEFI shell does appeared.
After running grub.efi on fs0:\efi manually, Ubuntu starts.
What is wrong?
