Can I use ADC in windows 10?

In Windows x64, I can use GPIO.
when I see the datasheet of pin define, the pin 7 has ADC0 function.
when I download the Dio project, I only can set the gpio as input or output.
if I went to use ADC function in Windows 10. How can I do?

Currently we only have GPIO SDK under windows. -
Does the UP Board will provide the ADC function on Windows 10 in the future?

As I know we don't have plan to provide the ADC function under windows in short term.
