Not booting anymore

Got my UP-Board from the kickstarter campaign. After installing Ubuntu I waited for the case and active cooler to arrive before actualy using the board.
Now after installing the active cooler and puting it in the case, the board will not boot anymore. I was very cautious during the dis-/assembly of the cooler, so I dont't think I damaged anything during the process.

After powering the board, the blue led lights up and the orange ethernet-port led blinks periodically. No HDMI output, not even the cooler fan runs.

Does anyone knows what that could mean?

I have tried another power supply - no change.

Did you try disconnecting the fan? Sounds like it is hooked up to the wrong pins...

Thats the first thing i have done. Unortunately that doesn't solve the problem. Still now booting sequence
