openvino detecting igpu only when connected to the montior

Hi,

I am using Up 7000 board with intel n50 processor

I have installed ubuntu 22.04 lts .

I have installed openvino 2023.3.Openvino can detect gpu only when I connect the board to a monitor using hdmi and login otherwise no gpu is detected.

I have used up4000 with ubuntu 20.04 without any issues

Meanwhile is there an suggestion from the community here to fix this.
