How to install Window 10 IoT Core in UPboard CHT01?

I'm using this instruction:

and sucked at the step of downloading "Windows 10 IoT Core Package".

any one can help to tell where to download the "Windows 10 IoT Core Package.iso"
(IOTCORE-VER:10.0.17763.1)?
