What type or model number for the fan pwm j1 connector is? I would like to use this connector to cool 5G modem with a 12v 0.48w 0.04amp fan.

What is the max amperage this j1 port can deliver?

up squared pro 7000 case should come with 4 5G antenna knockout holes, almost all 5G modems require 4 antennas.

Would you have a manufacturer part number for the required connector ? Molex reference or other ?
They look like the plug would be Molex 151340400
The connector on the board would be the 4 pin version of Molex 533980471
