UP2-board warm up

Hello i have bought UP2 board with hailo-8 ai vpu from here. But the pc is really so warm up. İt is 65 celsius degree at normal running. it is being 100 celsius degree while using. What do you recommend to me ?

Which part of the temperature you measured??
How did you measured the temperature??
Please provide the ambient tempraeture.
