Why doesn't Up Xtreme i12 i7 recognize m.2 2280 ssd NVMe?

We just received the new 12th gen Up Xtreme i7. It does not recognize the Western Digital WD - BLACK SN770 500GB Internal SSD PCIe Gen 4 x4 that I plug in. I've plugged this into both of the M.2 2280 sockets, no recognition.

This same SSD device works fine in our older Up Xtreme i7.

How can I diagnose this problem?

Thank you,
buddy

    Hi @KrystofKedron

The M.2 2280 slot of up xtreme i12 only supports PCIe nvme SSD.
Please check the SSD type you are using.
