isdone-dll missing

Hello everyone,
Since a few days i am getting a error message stating isdone-dll is missing while opening an app, I did download isdone-dll using the given link but can someone help me how to install it,

Hi Sir,

May I ask what APP you use? This is most likely caused by a problem with your app.
I suggest you do a system reinstall if you can, it might be faster.
