How Do I Install Windows on my UP 4000?

in UP 4000 Windows

I see in the bios, Boot tab-OS Selection, I have several choices including Windows, Linux, Android, IoT, but when I reboot nothing happens.

    Hi Sir,

    Our standard shipment does not include an OS (if you do not purchase it), you need to install it yourself.
    You just need to use a standard install, such as a USB install.
    OS selection means that after selecting the OS you want to use, the BIOS will modify part of the content according to different OS to meet the corresponding settings.
