AutoPlay does not work when a USB flash drive plugged in a specific port

Options

AutoPlay does not work when a USB flash drive plugged in a specific port, and the USB icon does not appear in the notification area on the taskbar (files can be accessed without problems).

Module: UPC-PLUSX5D-A20-0232
OS: Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2021 LTSC
USB port: USB2_DP5/USB2_DN5 signal on pin86/pin88 of the DOCKINGII (CN12) connector to the USB connector on the custom carrier board.

There are no problems with the other USB ports (ports on the UCP module and USB2_DP3/USB2_DN3).

Is there any difference between the USB2_DP5/USB2_DN5 and any of the other usb ports ?

    Hi Sir,

In different usage environments, there will be different requirements.
The same is true for USB ICON, we have no way of knowing the actual condition of the customer-made carrier board, so this part is directly based on the preset.
I have asked the BIOS engineer to confirm that the BIOS settings are indeed as you said, USB2_P3/P4 both have the ICON function enabled, and P5 is disabled.
If you really need this function, need to customize the BIOS to enable this function.

    Best Regards,
