Adafruit MCP4725 not visible on i2c

I can connect the mentioned module to Raspi and it works perfectly, but when I connect it to Up2 it's not detected. I tried both buses (pins 3/5 and 27/28).
Any idea/direction?

1. make sure the BIOS setting HAP pin configuration I2C has enabled
2. connected pin 3(SDA)/5(CLK) and power to Adafruit MCP4725
3. detect device using i2c tools
if there are still no i2c device detected, please let us know your kernel version and more detail information (OS, BIOS version...)
