Is it possible to upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04

Hello! I just turned on a new UPX-EDGEI3-A10-0864-F01 and I see the update to Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS message. Is it safe to update Ubuntu via do-release-upgrade command? Is there any know bug or functionality loss?
Details:
Welcome to Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.0.0-1-generic x86_64) ... 539 packages can be updated. 451 updates are security updates. New release '20.04.5 LTS' available. Run 'do-release-upgrade' to upgrade to it. Your Hardware Enablement Stack (HWE) is supported until April 2023.

Hi Sir,
In general, an update of the operating system is available, but it is recommended to do it gradually.
(For example, do not upgrade directly from Ubuntu 16.04 to Ubuntu 22.04. Upgrading too many versions is prone to unexpected problems.)
If there are any problems with the update, please let us know and we will ask the OS vendor to confirm. (We recommend reinstalling the latest version would be better)
In UP, we have tested the installation and use of Ubuntu 18.04~22.04, and there is no problem.Best Regards,
Wilbert Lee
