UP 4000 does not boot

When connecting power, I have no HDMI output and no activity on the LAN connector. The blue LED turns on briefly, and then stays on permanently.
Tried holding the power button and disconnecting the RTC battery but this had no effect.
Anny suggestions?

Please connect the keyboard and confirm whether the Numlock light is on normally? (If not, please try to press the Numlock button).
