GPIO on WinIoT Core Upboard

Hi,
The GPIO on the UpBoard do not work. I use the UpBoard with WinIoT Core and the sample Code from "Blinky"
I have download the UP SDK for Win10 and WinIot. But how can I install this on the UpBoard?
Does anyone have experience with the GPIO control of the UpBoard and can help me?

Gpio control doesn't work on windows. the win-demo-apps don't work either. We are making a prototype under windows and we are going to return the boards. The documentation for the up4000 is very imprecise
