UP2 Board doesn't boot

Hello.
I'm graduated student and use Up2 Board about 10 months.
I did a experiment with the board for conference last week.
it worked well until then.
but today, i plugged DC connector and it doesn't turn on. fan doesn't work. NO blue LED.
no sign of static. don't smell on combustion.
I pushed a power button but no response.
is the board die?
no way make this functional again?

I know it will sound a bit silly, but have you tried to verify if do you have voltage at the end of the DC connector? Maybe the power supply if not working properlly anymore.
