GPIO big problem

Hello everybody,
I have a big problem with my up boards.
When I use the GPIOs, they occasionally freeze and the only way to get them working again is to turn off the up board.

-The bios is updated to the latest version
-The operating system is windows 10 IoT 2016.
-hi-safe 1 installed with its framework.

I tried to install Hi-Safe 3 and its framework but my up board no longer sees the I / O.

Currently the only way it (more or less) works is with hi-safe 1 and 2016 framework ...

Can anyone help me?
