Release of UP Kernel for Ubuntu 22.04 Linux 5.15?

Now that Ubuntu 22.04 has been released for more than 6 months, do you plan to release a PPA with kernel 5.15 packages to install on Ubuntu 22.04?

Note that I have tried to install the 5.4 deb files from this page: https://launchpad.net/~up-division/+archive/ubuntu/5.4-upboard/+packages
Following this guide: https://github.com/up-board/up-community/wiki/Ubuntu_20.04
But they need libssl 1.1 but version 3.0 is used on Jammy.
