I2C Limited Functionality - Windows/Linux .NET 6/NET Framework/nodeJS

Hey all -
Having an issue with my UP Squared device... thought at first it was one of the I2C devices in chain, so I replaced all of them, and then the same thing happened. I then switched to directly connecting a new I2C device to the board and experienced the same issue. I suspect it's the board, but wanted to get troubleshooting thoughts.
I sometimes get communication with I2C devices, sometimes not. If it works, it only works for about 30 minutes before it stops.
I tried reaching out to the RMA team, but no one has answered my request yet.
