UP Squared Edge - Link down on power off - WOL

With our new UP Squered we have an issue with WOL.
The network link is dead after we power off the OS.
Is there a new BIOS setting we have to enable to prevent that?

WOL is enabled in our ubuntu. WOL is enabled in the BIOS.
Tried it with both nics.
