booting issue

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I recently bought the aaeon up Xtreme board. The quick start from the kit says: "the system will turn on automatically. You can log in to Ubuntu using the credentials devkit/devkit"
I tried logging in but in the booting process, it automatically opens the UEFI Shell as shown in the screenshot below.

Then when entered exit it opens the Aptio Setup utility the main menu in this shows

the chipset menu shows the following menus

The boot menu shows the following

The boot options for all the 11 boot options are same

Is there a way to overcome this?

The standard UP Xtreme board does not come with a OS pre-installed.

That's right! Updates are needed in the near future.
