Doa or Power issue

Hello,
We ordered two UP 4000 to test for a project. Both arrived I forgot to order power supplies. I picked up the appropriate rated pwr supply from another ventor but they don't power up the units. I have two supplies and two UP 4000 and neither work. Are they that sensitive or are UP supplied power that different? I have tried all the tricks in the forums to try to get them to work. any suggestions or possiblities?

    Hi @dflinton ,

Can you confirm if you used 12V DC-in @ 5A Power Supply on it?

Thank you so much for the reply. I have attached an image of the spec of the charger. If it may help when i plug in the device to the power, the green light on turns off, not sure if thats a feature of the power supply or not. Also the up device gets warm as if it is drawing power but I get 'nosignal to the monitor no led on the up4000 (not sure if there is one) I will order a UP power if you think it could be the issue.
    Again thank you.

    Hi @dflinton ,

I will suggest to check with another HDMI and or another monitor and if the issue persists please raise an RMA from here for further analysis and action.

Oh! I am having the same issue on my Up4000!
I plug another UpBoard (5V) just to make sure my monitor HDMI is good and the cabel
    is equally good.
is there any lights on the Up4000 to indicate the board is On??

if you can't power on, make sure you double check the FPC ribbon cable is NOT in reverse order?
