Cannot get GPIO pins to work

Hi, thanks for any help. I cannot get the GPIO pins to work.
- I installed the framework and it seems to work fine. Previously before it was installed, the up bridge would not report board name etc. and now does report it and the install reports successfully done
- I installed the drivers with the same method, and it reports success. The driver shows a little weird in the dashboard but I think that is due to the lack of strings in the actual driver.
- Regardless of what code or settings I use or change, the pins will not change to a high or low value. If I read the pin value in code, it shows what I would expect but nothing changes as checked with a multimeter.
- I used the drivers shown above.
- My guess is that the driver is not correct but without further knowledge...
Thank you
