I've installed decklink sdi micro card which is:
M.2
M.2 PCI Express 1 lane generation 3, compatible with B and M key type 2260 and 2280.
For some reason I don't see it in the bios or under Ubuntu 20.04 OS.
Please advise if some BIOS settings/jumpers must be changed to enable it.

The default M.2 2280 (CN48) PCIE is already enabled in BIOS (Chipset\PCI Express Configuration), you don't have to do anything else.
So, please check if your capture card is properly connected to M.2 2280 slot (CN48). And also check whether Ubuntu 20.04 IoT is installed instead of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. Click here to visit UP wiki about Ubuntu OS support for UP Squared 6000 or download the image from the link below
