Where to find electrical characteristics for GPIO?

Since the Up Squared 6000 series did away with the MAX 10 FPGA, I am wondering what impact that has on the electrical characteristics of the I/O pins on the HAT40 header.
Is there a document that details the voltage levels and drive strength characteristics of the GPIOs?
The UPN-EHL01 User's Manual only shows the standard Raspberry Pi compatible pinout, but does not go into detail.

There is no much difference. The only difference is that Up Squared 6000 has 3mA drive strength maximum on GPIOs.
