Purchase best smallest board for latest openvino version

Hi everyone,
am new to this hardware stack,
I've developed some models with OpenVINO 2021.4 and the latest version,
I want to try them with one of the UP family but I dnt know which one to buy that will fit my needs !!
I need it to have the following specification :

• Support OpenVINO more recent versions
• At least 2.5 GHz
• At least 4 Cores
• Have a small dimension
  Please I need a recommendation for boards ASAP thanks ^^
