PPA with 5.4 kernel is not available

Original repository link (https://launchpad.net/~aaeon-cm/+archive/ubuntu/5.4-upboard/+packages) is dead and backup link (https://launchpad.net/~up-devision/+archive/ubuntu/5.4-upboard) seems to have missing packages - installation is not possible. Does anyone perhaps know when the repository will be available again?
