Up-squared with BIOS UP-APL01R6.1 (UPA1AM61) compatible with BIOS v50

For homogenity of my up-square PC, I am currently downgrading the BIOS version of the Up-Square to BIOS UPA1AM50
For some PC received in december 2021, it seems that after the BIOS downgrade, the PC remains with black screen.
Is there any hw changes that explain this behavior ? can you assist here ?
