Is it possible to check BIOS option from Linux?

I would like to check the "Power Management/Restore AC Power Loss" value in a running headless system.
Is it possible to check the value (and better, change it if needed) without having to connect a screen and a keyboard and interrupt the boot process?

Note that I have tried dmidecode but it does not give enough informations.
