UP2 Professional pin specifications for fan power and power/reset connectors

Can you provide the specifications (i.e., pin spacing and pitch) for the Fan Power (CN17) and Power Button (CN34) connectors on the UP2 Squared Professional board ? I need to find the mating connectors for custom cables that I will be making.
