Failed to open a handle to the device Win10 IoT Enterprise

I have an UP Board 4G with Win10 IoT Enterprise installed.
Configured the BIOS, installed the framework (UpFrameworkSetup.msi).
When trying to run my application, a "Microsoft .NET Framework" message about an "Unhandled exception" pops up, saying that the system cannot find the path specified.

A hint on how to correct this would be appreciated.

What kind of application are you trying to run?, apparently you need to specify a path that the system cannot find. Give more details to understand what the issue could be.

I had the same problem, so I updated "Microsoft.NET Framework" via the internet, and that fixed my problem. Please specify what kind of application you're using, and utilize the most recent version of the application.
