How to interface "SLB 9670 TPM2.0" Device to UP Board?

could you please guide me how to interface TPM chipset, I am using TPM device (SLB 9670 TPM2.0). Is this device is suitable to my UP Board or suggest me list of TPM devices were suitable for my UP Board(32gb-eMMC,4gb-RAM ).
