COM3 and COM4 ?

Searches for the FINTEK F81216 data sheet all lead to a data sheet for the FINTEK F81216 all lead to the F81216D/DG which is listed as a LPC to 4 UART implementation. Are the additional COM ports available ?

Only 2 COM and there's no way to add another two COMs in UP^2 pro, unless we change design.
