Hi @Devi ,
Please follow the below steps to install UP framework SDK,
Install drivers as described below :
Step 1. run setup chipset as admin
Step 2. run igxpin installation as admin, get a pop up that says 'the computer contains driver versions newer than the version about to be installed, go ahead to overwrite it
Step 3. restart the computer
Step 4. run as admin the prowinx64 file
Step 5. run setupME as admin
Step 6. run SetupSerialIo as admin and restart
Step 7. run the exe file as admin and restartWe will also be updating the wiki page here for the above steps in detail soon.

Hi @Pratik_Kushwaha ,
I didn't see those files mentioned in the step 2,4,5,6,7.
even I extracted the UP framework SDK .msi file in my system.
can you please guide me how to find those files where it was located or where can we download? -
Hi @Devi ,
The files in the step are the driver files available here, https://downloads.up-community.org/download/up-squared-windows-10-64-bit-drivers/
Our development team is trying to reproduce the issue. Ideally, we have tested the UP framework SDK installation without installing the drivers first and it worked. But since you were having issues, I suggested installing the drivers first and then you can try the SDK framework (.msi file) installation post that.I'll update you once I have feedback from my development team.
Thanks and Regards,

Hi @Devi ,
Can you provide us the device you are using and the BIOS version? It will help us to reproduce the issue better.
Thanks and regards,

One more thing,
I see from here its a UP Board.
Also to get the BIOS version, please try and restart the PC and keep pressing the ESC key till the BIOS menu shows up. -
i am using UPBoard 4GB RAM/32GB eMMC , OS : Windows 10 Enterprise , BISO version UPC1MD17
can i use UP Squared Windows 10 64-bit drivershttps://downloads.up-community.org/download/up-squared-windows-10-64-bit-drivers/ for UPBoard?
-
Hi @Devi ,
No, you cannot. Since you are using an UP board, use the UP Board drivers here, https://downloads.up-community.org/download/up-board-windows-10-64-bit-drivers/

Hi Devi,
Our technical team at AAEON have verified the installation of UP SDK and Windows 10 driver.
These are the steps to follow :
• Install UPFrameworkSetup (UP SDK)
• In the folder from this link https://downloads.up-community.org/download/up-board-windows-10-64-bit-drivers/, there is a document (Attached with this email) on the ‘STEP 3’ directory, follow the instructions there. Go to device manager and point to the base directory where the drivers are and the system finds and installs the device drivers from the subfolders.
I have attached the instructions here in this post as well, for easier reference. Please follow the steps and you should be able to set up the UP SDK and Windows drivers successfully, as our team was able to finish the installation successfully.
Please reach out further in case the issue still persists. Thanks,
Pratik Kushwaha
