Upboard no boot

I ask for help in finding the name of the part or its specification

Model upboard 1

I unsuccessfully dropped the upboard and the quartz resonator (as I suppose, it's crashed) upboard no booting, the only part that is damaged is it. I just can't find its specifications by its marking.

I found a photo on the Internet, indicated with an arrow on the part that was damaged.
Who can link to a part or tell its specification?
