PC unable to turn on after using

I have purchased 3 units of UP Xtreme i5 Board. When I supplied 24V to three of them and tried to turn on the board by pressing the Power Button, one of the boards did not turn on. Power button did not glow and the fan did not turn on. We were also facing the same issue on another two boards after being used for a period of time. Any suggestions or should I proceed to RMA process?
