Active Cooling Fan Control

Is it possible to control the fan on an UP Squared board.
I have upgraded to the latest firmware 5.2 and installed Ubuntu 20.04.2 and upgraded the kernel as per the wiki https://github.com/up-board/up-community/wiki/Ubuntu_20.04
But the fan still runs constant and i cant seem to control it in any way.
Any pointers welcome

UP Squared only has a 2 pin fan connector which will not allow Smart Fan to control.
So, UP Squared doesn't support fan speed controls.
