Upboard SPI chip select cannot control

When I tested the SPI communication in the Upboard, I could receive and send spontaneously, but when I communicate with the outside world, the data is always garbled. The initial judgment is the chip select signal problem. The chip select is always zero for some reason, and it is not controlled. No partners have encountered this problem?

Thank you for your answer. It may be the reason of my Ubuntu version. I solved this problem after reinstalling the system. Thanks again
