What's a good way to utilize the eDP (CN13) connector on UP Xtreme?

Is there an adapter to convert to DisplayPort so I can run a 3rd monitor off that connector?

So I'd have to design and build my own adapter to utilize this port? There's nothing available commercially that just plugs in and works?
