BIOS 5.2 and UEFI Shell

in UP Squared BIOS & FPGA

Hello,
On the last up squared computer that I have received, all with BIOS v5.2, I am not able to access the UEFI shell.
I am following instructions though .. F7 at boot > choose uefi > press Enter to validate my choice
At that moment, I am redirected directly to the BIOS menu. I have tried as well with ESC, same results.
Is it known ? Am I doing something wrong ?

    @Stephanie
    Please check the steps below
    1. Press F7 during boot to enter BIOS Setup
    2. Press Enter to "Enter Password" screen
    3. The Please select boot device dialog box appears, please choose UEFI: Built-in Shell, then you will enter the UEFI shell environment

    If you still can't enter the UEFI please unplug the CMOS battery to restore the default BIOS setting
