Could not install driver

After I install windows 10 on Upboard, I tried to install the drivers but it failed at step 1.
I downloaded the drivers from https://downloads.up-community.org/download/up-board-windows-10-64-bit-drivers/
Anyone knows how to solve this issue. Thanks.
