How can I backup the system installed

in UP Board Linux

I have installed Ubuntu server 18.04 on the up board, I am pretty sure it is installed into the EMMC, I have also installed lots of software, along with my programs.
I am wondering, how can I backup the system? After the backup, how can I install the backup into another up board?

    You should use a software like clonezilla: https://clonezilla.org/downloads.php

    you can use the same software to restore the system on another UP Board, but please be careful as (if the eMMC is different) the clone would fail and you could potentially brick the board.

    To avoid that, before flashing the system to a new UP Board, enter the BIOS of the board to flash and disable the watchdog feature.
    Then proceed with the flashing. Once verified that you installed the system correctly into the new board, you can re-enable the watchdog.
