[Tech Update] User Manual update for PoE module | UP Xtreme BIOS updated

	Are you using PoE expansion module on UP board? Power up your UP and UP Squared boards with PoE expansion via 40-pin header! We have updated our User Manual and also indicated PoE HAT block diagram, in case you encounter any issue while connecting PoE module to UP Board. It is recommended to connect a 37~65W PoE power supply to RJ45 in (LAN IN), check our wiki page for more information.
	UP Xtreme: BIOS V1.8 published (together with Debug version) We have published BIOS V1.8 and BIOS V1.8D for UP Xtreme! Other than generic fixes and updates that can be found in the History.txt file, we enabled 2 interesting features for our platform: Added SoundOpenFirmware Audio Key and Advanced Audio Mode: to be able to load custom firmware in the Audio DSP embedded on Intel® 8th Gen Core-i SoC from the SoundOpenFirmware project and providing additional audio functionalities, via Advanced Audio Mode BIOS option, on the 40-pin header like Soundwire and DMIC. 	We have updated the user’s manual for UP Xtreme and UP Xtreme Edge Compute Enabling Kit Highlight of updates: Added pinout information about Reset header (CN27) and Power Button (SW2) Ethernet controllers: UP Xtreme equipped 2 LAN allowing users to connect different devices. We use Intel i210 (TSN support) and Intel i219, in the user manual you can see which LAN port is connected to which ethernet controller!
