Actually, I work on the UP-Square with Ubuntu 18.04.05 OS.
I research a get started for the GPRS.
Can you share me some information?

Do you mean GPS? For this you can find instructions from our wiki: https://wiki.up-community.org/GPS

Or do you mean Modem connectivity (3G/LTE)? In this case Ubuntu provides a modem manager to add and enable a 3G/LTE connection with a supported modem
