UP xtreme no boot problem

during Ubuntu installation, after the installation completion message was printed, the USB was removed and restarted.
But after that, it won't boot. (only black screen)

i use correct power(UP Xtreme (wide range 13+ to 60V): 19V3.42A PSU).

I tried to recover CMOS according to the contents of the wiki(https://wiki.up-community.org/FAQs#Not_Booting_or_Powering_up) , but it failed.

I am wondering if there is any further way I can try to recover, or if I need to send a repair.

if you plug the USB with Ubuntu can you install it again?

Can you enter the BIOS if you press Delete while powering up the board?

If so, what BIOS version do you have in your UP Xtreme?

What Ubuntu version have you tried to install?

Have you correctly installed the OS in UEFI mode?

    Hi.

    Some of my gotos.

    1. Install USB works for other devices? [usb error test]
    2. Are the lights on? [device test]
    3. Boot order [boot order test - check f7]
    4. Booting? [booting at all - correct order, install - still not booting test]
Is the product working but the OS not booting?
    5. Live ISO test [live usb test]
Can you try a live iso? I have it working/booting with 18,04 and have a persistent 20.04 working.

There have been reports of bootholes...recently

When you downloaded the iso for Ubuntu, did you verify the md5?
Sometimes, a network error would cause an install to not complete, however you did get that notification.

    1. Reinstall?

then you need to request for RMA from the shop where you got the board (either up-shop or another distributor)
