UCtronics 3.5" HMDI display 320x400 support

The min display resolution setting available on Ubuntu 16.04 on UP2 Atom x5 is 720x576 yet I need to run at 400x320... I have looked a many of the links but they seem to relate to running the display through HAT... I paid more for the HDMI interface... Is there perhaps a driver I need to install?

Correction! the resolution is 320x480 (not 400) ...

There is no driver needed.

You would need to use the command xrandr and modify the XOrg configuration manually.
