Upgrading from bios 4.6 to 5.0. First to 4.0?

Hi, i like to upgrade my bios from version 4.6 to version 5.0. Should I revert to 4.0 first and then to 5.0 or?
If I download 4.0 it says "upgrade only from 1.8" but I assume that is not correct?

If you have a BIOS 4.0 or greater, you don't need to do the intermediate step and you can directly update to the latest BIOS
